WHO WE ARE
Elite Processing Team LLC is a third-party loan processing company.
Our mission is to provide a quick and easy transaction for both the loan officer and the borrower. We remove the more time-consuming tasks off the plate of the MLO, including collecting documents and going back and forth between the borrower and underwriter, to allow mortgage brokers to spend that time bringing in more loans and getting more business.
With Elite Processing Team, you have a trustworthy group of processors that will successfully take a loan from submission to closing.
DOCUMENT RETRIEVAL
We will retrieve all necessary documents in order to submit the file to the lender.
LOAN SUBMISSION
We will submit all documents to the underwriter.
CONDITIONAL APPROVAL
We will follow up with the client in order to clear all conditions from the underwriter.
CLEAR TO CLOSE
We will schedule the closing with the client.
